About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant for Business Data Management role within the Business management function under the remit of Chief Operating Office of India and Philippines

The role requires the candidate to have a Strong business and Operations data (or metrics) understanding particularly around Financials (budgeting and forecasting), Headcount, Human resource. Candidate needs to work with all the business functions to setup appropriate routines to procure the data (weekly or monthly or as needed), model and structure the data, analyze the data using excel or other available user tools and then be able to provide business insights for management to drive the key discussions and decisions and also as inputs to the senior executive materials. The candidate must have strong spoken and written English, ability to clearly articulate with leaders and acumen of producing high quality senior executive presentations

In this role, you will:
  • Build partnership with stakeholders who will provide data inputs to the Business office team
  • Create and maintain routines for data collection, consolidation, dissemination or reporting
  • Build data model and practices for effective and efficient data usability and reporting
  • Record keeping for future leverage and re-usability
  • Building self-serviceable reporting capabilities in partnership with the automation team
Skill sets required in this role:

  • Ability to create strong data modelling and data management practices
  • Ability to create crisp, efficient and insightful management reports

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of overall experience
  • 5+ years of working in Business management office or data management related roles
  • Any data certification is good to have
  • Any data architecture roles in past is good to have
  • Any Technology and Operations roles done is good to have
