About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.
  • Capture, document and refine intake requests reflecting business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain prioritization, interdependency management, and scoping across use cases, organizations and competing priorities.
  • Facilitate meetings and drive workstreams to delivery.
  • Develop subject matter expertise to help drive requests to appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrate data products and technology knowledge.
  • Assist with roadmap development to meet business needs.
  • Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to drive the roadmap Identify opportunities to continuously refine and optimize the JIRA Board and backlog.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of overarching operating models and delivery to identify gaps and opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness gains.
  • Assemble and present material to management and key stakeholders relating to key team deliverables and workstreams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in Project & Product Management or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 8+ years of IT experience with some exposure to BFSI industry
  • Has knowledge on AGILE SCRUM, Sprint cycles and has administrative experience on JIRA or similar tools.
  • Has exposure to various technologies and is aware of the technical landscape overall and can understand the nuances.
  • Has experience working with various Stakeholders.
  • Is a self-started and go getter and can get organized and take things to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Has managed complex projects and can provide oversight to multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, Kanban
  • Experience within the customer data sub-domain
  • SQL skills and ability to query data a plus, Alteryx or any ETL tool exposure is good to have
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau and Cloud exposure is good to have
  • Prior exposure to data governance documentation and standards
  • Financial Services experience is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • PMP or PRINCE certification is desirable.

  • Good knowledge in building PowerPoint presentations & Dashboards
