About this Role:

HR Operations and Service Delivery delivers service and support for HR processes and programs to employees across Wells Fargo. The Mobility Operations team is seeking a Global Mobility and Immigration Consultant (Lead Business Execution Consultant) who is responsible for the successful strategy, consultation, and execution of the company's global mobility program including new hires, international assignments, and other cross border moves to meet the needs of the business. This role with partner with key stakeholders in HR Consulting, WF leaders, Talent Acquisition, 3rd party immigration vendor, Workday and ServiceNow product team, and other HR Operations and Service Delivery teams.

In this role, you will:
  • Consult with human resources, talent acquisition, and business leaders on specific global talent movement and immigration strategies to meet company needs.
  • Serve as lead Global Mobility and Immigration consultant for India and Philippines - seen as regional subject matter expert.
  • Execute global mobility and immigration cases from intake through completion including cost estimate, assignment letter, immigration process, employee orientation, and repatriation.
  • Execute on defined controls aligned to global mobility process to mitigate risk.
  • Provide recommendations and solution to complex global mobility scenarios; answers manager and employee questions enabling a positive employee experience.
  • Identify and lead global mobility initiatives that enable operational excellence, process efficiency, and a positive end user experience.
  • Oversee and execute required in-country risk and compliance activities.
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced in-region global mobility staff.
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables escalating to partners when appropriate.
  • Responsible for preparing monthly business reviews and presenting to regional HR leaders.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
  • 8+ years of relevant global mobility experience in India and/or the Philippines including immigration, international assignments, tax, relocation, and payroll.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and execute to tight timelines.
  • Experience leading medium scale initiatives including process improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to aggregate data and tell a story from functional performance metrics.
