Requirements

Weare looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud SubscriptionManagement Specialist to lead the implementation andoptimization of subscription management processes using OracleCloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inOracle Cloud technologies and a strong understanding ofsubscriptionbased business models. In this role you will design andimplement subscription management systems streamline processes andensure seamless integration with other ERP solutions to supportrecurring revenue models and enhance customersatisfaction.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. OracleCloud Subscription ManagementImplementation:

    • Leadthe endtoend implementation of Oracle Cloud SubscriptionManagement modules including system design configurationtesting deployment and ongoingoptimization.
    • Customize Oracle Cloudsolutions to fit the unique subscription management needs of thebusiness and ensure alignment with bestpractices.
    • Provide technicalexpertise in resolving systemrelated issues and continuouslyimproving systemperformance.

  2. ProcessOptimization & ContinuousImprovement:

    • Designand optimize subscription management processesto enhance operational efficiency improve accuracy and deliver anoutstanding customerexperience.
    • Identify opportunitiesfor automation within the subscription and billing lifecycle tostreamline workflows and reduce manualintervention.
    • Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure processchanges align with overall businessgoals.

  3. ProjectManagement &Delivery:

    • Overseeproject timelines resource allocation and deliverables to ensuresuccessful project execution.
    • Manageall stages of the project lifecycle from initial planning andrequirements gathering to deployment and postimplementationsupport.
    • Ensure projects arecompleted on time within budget and meet qualitystandards by closely tracking progress and mitigatingrisks.

  4. StakeholderCollaboration & CrossFunctionalIntegration:

    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including finance IT sales andcustomer service to ensure smooth integration of OracleCloud Subscription Management systems with other ERPsystems.
    • Ensure alignment ofsubscription management solutions with business needs andobjectives with a focus on improving customer satisfaction andrecurring revenue.
    • Serve as theprimary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders toensure clear communication and seamlesscoordination.

  5. SubscriptionBasedBusiness ModelExpertise:

    • Leveragedeep knowledge of subscriptionbased businessmodels to support the recurring revenue strategy of theorganization.
    • Work closely withfinance teams to ensure accurate billing revenue recognition andcompliance with financialpolicies.
    • Align system configurationwith subscription management KPIs such as customer retention churnreduction and revenuegrowth.

  6. TestingTroubleshooting & OngoingSupport:

    • Leadsystem testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing(UAT) to validate that configurations and customizationsmeet business needs.
    • Provide ongoingsupport to users and troubleshoot issues as they arise ensuringthat the subscription management system functionsseamlessly.
    • Continuously monitorsystem performance and implement updates or enhancements as neededto ensure the system s reliability andscalability.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or arelatedfield.
  • Experience:Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle CloudSubscription Management or similar roles with a proventrack record of successfulimplementations.
  • Expertisein Oracle Cloud: Indepth experience with OracleCloud Subscription Management modules including systemsetup configuration andoptimization.
  • ProjectManagement Skills: Proven experience leading complexprojects with a strong understanding of project managementmethodologies andtools.
  • TechnicalSkills: Strong analytical and technicalproblemsolving abilities with the ability to troubleshootand resolve issuesindependently.
  • SubscriptionBasedModel Knowledge: A solid understanding ofsubscriptionbased business models and theirassociated financial processes including recurring billing revenuerecognition and customerretention.
  • CommunicationSkills: Effective communication and interpersonal skillswith experience in managing and collaborating with diversestakeholder groups (technical business and externalclients).
PreferredQualifications:
  • OracleCloud Subscription Management Certification: An officialcertification in Oracle Cloud SubscriptionManagement is highlydesirable.
  • LeadershipExperience: Experience in a leadership role within asubscriptionbased business environment ispreferred.
  • ERP IntegrationExperience: Experience in integrating Oracle CloudSubscription Management with broader ERP systems(e.g. Oracle EBS Fusion ERP) is an addedadvantage.
