We are seeking a qualified and experienced Banquet Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. As the Banquet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all banquet sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. This is a full-time position based in Palwal, Haryana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Banquet Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all banquet sales activities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships
- Generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Track and report sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
