About the Role 
The Accounts Executive will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This position requires some prior experience and a solid understanding of accounting practices.

Responsibility
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.


Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) in progress or completed.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Background
