About the Role 
The Accounts Executive will handle a variety of accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This position requires some prior experience and a solid understanding of accounting practices. (Only males preferred)
Responsibility
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain and update fixed asset registers.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) in progress or completed.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements
Financial Reporting Skills: Ability to generate accurate monthly reports, analyze financial data, and present findings to stakeholders. Taxation Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GST/TDS regulations, experience in preparing GST/TDS returns, and familiarity with tax reconciliation processes. Accounting Software Proficiency: Experience with Zoho and Tally ERP software for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting purposes. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to assist and collaborate with team members, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support in their roles. Analytical Skills: Capability to calculate revenue sheet margins, monitor gross profits, and identify areas for improvement in financial processes. Statutory Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of PF, TDS, PT return processes, and experience in handling audits, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reconciliation Abilities: Proficient in reconciling accounting entries between different software platforms, as well as verifying invoices and purchase orders for accuracy. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and auditors. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices. Desirable Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. Background Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in an accounting or finance role. Familiarity with accounting software. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA may be a plus. CA Finalist will also be a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
