Junior Accounts Executive

 We are looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven Junior  Accounts Executive  to join our team. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in recording financial transactions (payables, receivables, payroll, journals).
  • Conduct various reconciliations (bank, vendor statements, inter-company).
  • Help prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate on budget monitoring and variances analysis.
  • Process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable.
  • Maintain and update the general ledger accurately.
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Review employee expense reports per company policies.
  • Assist with financial analysis and trends.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in accounts and finance or related field.
  • Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and finance concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and analysis.
  • Organized, handles multiple tasks, and solves problems.
  • Collaborative, effective communicator, and respects confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations is advantageous.
  • Prior accounting internship or work experience is a plus.
