Account Management is one of theintegral team for TheMediaAnt. With the help of

this team TheMediaAnt reaches out tobrand/company interacts with its

customersgenerates business and most importantly gain insights to improvise

Role of Account Managementin TMA:

Account Management (AM) in TMA is aboutgenerating sales and solving customers

problemwith regards to marketing/advertising. The AM team works as anextended

marketing arm of the brands and all theactions strongly exhibit a CustomerFirst

approach. The primary role of the AM departmentis to identify potential

brand/company onboardnew clients and to ensure the retention of the existing

ones. In the process of onboarding and retentionthe AM team is also exposed to

campaign planningand execution based on the clients brief.

The role has 2 distinct areas ofresponsibility:

1. Day to Day work

2. Relationship Management

Day to Day work:

AccountManager is expected to

Identify new brand/company basis trend marketknowledge current

advertisers

Reach out and make connectswith identified brand/company

Understanding clients business identifying theirmarketing problems and

collection of marketingcampaign brief

Plan theadvertising campaign basis the brief and get a go ahead from

clients to execute the advertising campaign

Collaborate with internalteams to ensure that the campaigns are

performing/executed as per the commitment.

Coordinate with clients forsmooth flow of work and reporting of ongoing

advertising campaigns

Gain insights from Customers and identifybottlenecks the user faces

while using Sharingof these insights to the

product team to makenecessary change on the platform.

Ensuring that the monthly/yearly revenuestargets are being achieved

Preparing Daily Task Reports

The work hours are equally split betweenanswering emails/calls and

campaign execution& campaign planning

Relationship Building:

Forge strong businessrelationship with the clients

Build a culture of high performance &innovation in the team

Experience and skillsrequired

Must Have

Fresher or a maximum 2 years of experience inclient facing role

AgilityWillingness to quickly learn and adapt in a fastchanging

environment

Strong communication Excellent verbal andwritten English language

capability

Good logical reasoning arithmetic and analyticalabilities

Decent knowledgeof MS Excel & PowerPoint

People management and team handling skills

Ability to carry out quickonline research to find insights/data

Quick to observe Trends in the market Campaignissues client
