We are looking for Service Bid Professional

You’ll make a difference by :

·Bid Preparation: Leadthe development of bid proposals in response to customer requirements andrequests for proposals (RFPs). This includes gathering necessary information,estimating costs, and creating compelling proposals that differentiate ourservices from competitors.

·Client Interaction:Interface with clients to understand their needs, clarify requirements, andaddress concerns throughout the bid process. Build and maintain strongrelationships with existing and potential customers to enhance bid successrates.

·Collaboration: Workclosely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, finance, andlegal, to develop comprehensive bid strategies and ensure alignment withorganizational goals and objectives.

·Market Research:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends,pricing strategies, and potential opportunities for business growth. Useinsights to inform bid strategy and positioning.

·Risk Management:Assess and mitigate risks associated with proposed contracts, includingfinancial, operational, and legal risks. Ensure compliance with companypolicies, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.

·Negotiation:Participate in contract negotiations with clients to finalize terms andconditions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs). Negotiate favorableterms that balance customer satisfaction with company profitability.

·Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid activities, includingcorrespondence, contracts, and pricing models. Ensure all documentationcomplies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills:

·Proven experience inbid management, sales, or related roles within the service industry.Familiarity with service contracts, project management, and procurementprocesses.

·Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret complex requirements, financial data, andlegal documents.

·Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate valuepropositions and negotiate effectively with clients.

·Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

·Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and bid management software/tools.

·Knowledge of relevantindustry sectors (e.g., Railways and Metrorail industry) and market dynamics.
