To grow the laboratory chemicals sales of J.T Baker, VWR and Rankem & increase profitability through market exploration, new applications, new product introduction, innovative ideas, value addition, preparing return on investment analysis, process improvement, cost efficiency, aligning marketing campaigns/plans to achieve the set objective. Own the brand positioning of the Avantor Lab Chemicals Range throughout various customer segments in the country
What we’re looking for:
Education:
BSc/MSc (Chemistry)/B.Tech (Chemical engineering) MBA /PGDM in Marketing preferredExperience:
8-12 years’ experience in sales & marketing in chemical industry /marketing, and/ or industrial product management /Sales or applications support to chemical market Subject matter expertise Analytical & logical thinking Result orientation Must be well versed with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAPHow you’ll thrive and create an impact:
Effective Sales Pipeline Management
Healthy Sales Pipeline of New Customer Acquisition through lead generation campaigns and enabling the sales process through final billingEffective Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Plan & coordinate the implementation of customer relationship management Handling training to all concernedBrand Positioning & Customer Engagement
Marketing campaigns and technical events / trainings on site, support query resolution of product performance The brand positioning and visibility of the said line of products must be ensured through Website/ ecommerce portal enrichment, sales tools availability and event planning and execution- Seminars, Exhibitions, Roadshows etc. Innovate new ideas of promotion and lead generation New Launch Planning and execution KOL creation/ expansionMarket Intelligence
Determining market trend & Analysis Analyzing the market potential of the existing J.T Baker, VWR, Rankem chemical portfolio Exploring & consolidating the competitor activities & devising an action plan for itCustomer Orientation
Updation of customer requirement & customer feedback on regular basis with action plan & further communicating it to sales team Analyzing & bridging the gap between customer requirement & J.T Baker, VWR, Rankem chemical offeringData Analytics
Analyze sales data – Prepare effective Roadmap from MIS data for the specific range of J.T Baker, VWR,Rankem chemical product Develop methods to increase profits & reduce cost Develop monthly dashboards for sales enabling ease of data analysis Disclaimer:
