Role Overview: NAYAN is looking for an innovative and strategic Product Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in defining, developing, and executing our product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that address real-world challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user needs, a passion for technology, and the ability to translate business goals into impactful products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with NAYAN’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Market & User Research: Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer interviews to understand user needs and market trends, incorporating insights into the product roadmap.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless development and delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of new products and updates.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions, drive product performance, and optimize user experience.
  • Prioritization & Roadmapping: Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.

Essential Background:

  • Product Management Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a technology or software environment.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong familiarity with software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing product performance.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a strong commitment to delivering value to users.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate across multiple teams, and deliver results on time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, requirements, and updates.

Preferred Background (Non-Essential):

  • Experience in AI/ML Products: Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or computer vision technologies is a plus.
  • Agile Methodology Knowledge: Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
