KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistin sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boardssocial media platforms and professionalnetworks.
  • Screen resumes andapplications to identify potential candidates that meet the jobrequirements.
  • Coordinate andschedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.
  • Conduct initial phonescreenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in theposition.
  • Assist in maintainingcandidate databases and applicant trackingsystems.
  • Assist with drafting jobdescriptions and posting vacancies on relevantplatforms.
  • Collaborate with the HRmanager to streamline recruitment processes and improveefficiency.


Requirements
  • Recentlycompleted a degree in Human Resources Management BusinessAdministration Psychology or relatedfield.
  • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
  • Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Detailoriented withexcellent organizationalskills.
  • Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is aplus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow inthe field of recruitment.
  • Priorinternship experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but notrequired.
