KeyResponsibilities:
- Assistin sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boardssocial media platforms and professionalnetworks.
- Screen resumes andapplications to identify potential candidates that meet the jobrequirements.
- Coordinate andschedule interviews between candidates and hiringmanagers.
- Conduct initial phonescreenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in theposition.
- Assist in maintainingcandidate databases and applicant trackingsystems.
- Assist with drafting jobdescriptions and posting vacancies on relevantplatforms.
- Collaborate with the HRmanager to streamline recruitment processes and improveefficiency.
Requirements
- Recentlycompleted a degree in Human Resources Management BusinessAdministration Psychology or relatedfield.
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Detailoriented withexcellent organizationalskills.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is aplus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow inthe field of recruitment.
- Priorinternship experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but notrequired.
