We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic recruiter to join our HR team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in the recruitment process learn about talent acquisition strategies and contribute to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with people has excellent communication skills and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards social media platforms and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with the HR manager to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.


Requirements
  • Recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration Psychology or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not required.
