Overview:TheSales Executive for Personal Care Ingredients plays a crucial rolein driving the sales of personal care ingredients within thecompanys portfolio. They are responsible for building andmaintaining strong client relationships identifying market trendsand developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceedrevenue targets.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Drive the sales ofpersonal care ingredients by identifying and targeting potentialclients
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith new and existing clients in the personal careindustry
  • Conduct market analysis to identifytrends opportunities and threats in the personal care ingredientsmarket
  • Develop and execute effective salesstrategies to achieve and exceed revenuetargets
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements withclients to ensure mutually beneficialpartnerships
  • Provide product knowledge andtechnical expertise to clients and internalteams
  • Attend industry events and trade shows torepresent the company and network with potentialclients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentationsto clients showcasing the benefits of the companys personal careingredients
  • Monitor and report on salesperformance market trends and competitiveactivities
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure smooth execution of salesactivities
  • Stay updated on industrydevelopments and regulations related to personal careingredients
  • Provide inputs for the developmentof new product offerings and improvements to existingproducts
  • Resolve client issues and concerns ina timely and effective manner
  • Contribute to thedevelopment and achievement of the companys overall salesstrategy
RequiredQualifications:
  • Graduate/PostGraduate in Organic Chemistry/ Cosmetic Technology.
  • 35 years Cosmetic formulationR&D experience or Cosmetic ingredients sales experienceknowing market potentialcustomers
  • Proven track record ofsuccessful sales experience in the personal care or relatedindustry
  • Strong understanding of personal careingredients and their applications
  • Excellentnegotiation skills with the ability to close deals andcontracts
  • Demonstrated ability to build andmaintain strong clientrelationships
  • Proficiency in market analysisand identifying sales opportunities
  • Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam
  • Strategic thinker with a resultsdrivenmindset
  • Knowledge of sales forecasting andbudgeting
  • Ability to travel as needed to meetwith clients and attend industry events
  • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software andsales management tools
  • Adaptability andwillingness to work in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
  • Understanding of regulatoryrequirements related to personal care ingredients is aplus
