Job Purpose:
The role of Project Data Coordinator is to work under Manager or Senior Project Data Coordinator
supervision closely with project team members and Project Specialists to provide administrative and
system access management related services on projects. The Project Data Coordinator ensures that
status reports and Time Entry Guidelines are available to the necessary project team members within
agreed timelines and frequency. The Project Data Coordinator works with ownership and focuses on
details and first time quality, also has a thorough understanding of all systems and processes applicable
on projects. When agreed and depending on level of independency, the Project Data Coordinator will
contribute to the project with selected responsibilities, like pass through review and correction follow up
and other activities which require communication and cooperation with the wider project team

Key Accountabilities: Core services provided by the Project Data Coordinator include, but are not limited to:  Timely and accurate Project System assignment of internal and external project team members and EDC access management  Timely and accurate system access review and implementation of needed corrections  Timely provision of Time Entry Guideline and other project reports with agreed frequency to the required team members  Where delegated, review and follow up on project team members time booking and corrections.  Where delegated, timely pass -through review an follow up on corrections Accountability Supporting Activities Administrative responsibilities Working as part of the centralized team or working on the assigned responsibilities within a single project to complete defined activities for the project team worldwide; these activities may be, but are not limited to mailbox responsibility, distribution lists maintenance, share point access management, meeting logistics Project System assignment management Under manager supervision taking responsibility for the system assignment management on projects for internal and external systems as required. Providing timely, accurate accesses, revoking accesses, completing regular timely access review as scheduled. Providing access reports and reviewing and filing documentation as needed, supporting stakeholders in issue resolution and with access management related questions Reporting related responsibilities Providing reports and outputs to different areas for project oversight, as agreed with needed frequency and in a timely manner. This includes distribution of the TIME Entry Guidelines regularly to all project team members. Quality and audit support Supporting with preparation of audits related to system assignment management, contributing to follow up actions and quality related activities, as needed Routine administrative responsibilities Completing routine administrative tasks in a timely manner (e.g., timesheets, metrics) Basic Project Management tasks If appropriately trained and with Line Manager or mentor supervision, the PDC is covering delegated responsibilities, like Pass-Trough review and correction follow up and time review and follow up with project team members on corrections Skills:  Good verbal and written communication skills  Client focused approach to work  A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning  Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm  Ability to work with attention to detail.  A willingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork. Knowledge and Experience:  IT literate – Experienced with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC.  Proven relevant experience in an administrative or similar role  Experience within a Clinical Research environment desirable Education:  Competent in written and oral English and local language.  Bachelor or equivalent degree  Scientific background preferred.
