  5. FacilitiesManagement:Manage the maintenance safety and security of the schools physicalfacilities including buildings equipment andgrounds.

  6. StudentEnrolment andRecords:Oversee student enrolment registration and recordkeeping processes.Ensure that student records are accurately maintained and incompliance with legalrequirements.

  7. DataReporting andCompliance:Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders includinggovernment agencies and accrediting bodies. Ensure the schoolcomplies with all relevantregulations.

  8. Technologyand InformationSystems:Manage and maintain the schools information technology systemsincluding the use of educational software andhardware.
