**Job description**:
**Desired Qualification + Experience:

- **
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, E&C preferred)
- 5-9 years of experience in the related field.
- Prior Experience in Smart metering would be preferred.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Smart Meter Installation and Billing as per defined SLA for the respective city.
- Billing Gap analysis with coordination of SI for the city.
- AMI System overview and MDMS & Helpdesk Functionality Understanding and Quality Assurance.
- Daily Interaction with Assam Stakeholders regarding Issues and feedback.
- SPOC for TSP and Meter Issues tracking, testing, quality assurance with coordination of OEMs.
- Weekly review with SI, Project and O&M team for Issues and resolution.
- Daily monitoring and Reporting for Smart Meter Installation, O&M Activities and TSP Issues.
- Timely Invoice submission and Clearance with coordination of DISCOM.
- Record keeping and documentation for Project related activities, Project compliances and warehouse management for future reference and validation at DISCOM Level
