JobPurpose
1. Increase the sales ofdistributors by offering training and meeting morecustomers.

2.Make new distributors of BigInstaller or Big Distributor fromcompetitions.

3.Build Trust among new andexisting distributors by engaging them on a regularbasis.

PrimaryResponsibility

1.Contact and physical meetingwith retail shop/dealers/distributors to inform them about LoomSolar Product and offerings (daily visit 10counters)

2.Cold Calling to Prospectivecustomers/dealers to identify sales opportunity

3.Lead Generation for DealerNetwork to increase thesales

4.Negotiate with dealers tosell our product only if competitor is offering a similarprice.

5.Prepare Quotations and sharewith dealers for their orderrequirement

6.Keep Record and update ofall visits in company salesapplication

7.Pickup call and respond toeach dealer on immediatebasis

8.Ensure that Loom Solarproducts are the first choice in the channel vis a vis thecompetition

9.Ensure stock availability of30 days Inventory with ChannelsPartners

10.Monitor Distributor anddealer Stock movement & Secondary / TertiarySales

11.Conduct Distributor / Dealermeets and trainingprograms

1.Preferred Graduate/MBACandidate with 12 years experience in Solar / Power BackupIndustry

2.Preference will be given toLuminous Liveguard Exide Microtek Okaya Polycab and Havellsemployee

3.Great communication skillsfluency in both English andHindi

4.An attitude to get thingsdone willing to work minimum 2years

5.Rigorous followup andNegotiation Skills to build relationship withDealers/Distributors.
