PositionOverview: As an Account Executive you will play apivotal role in driving revenue growth by nurturing and closingqualified leads generated through our AccountBased Marketing (ABM)strategies. Operating remotely from India you will be responsiblefor engaging with USbased prospects conducting product demosmanaging the sales cycle and closing deals. This is an excellentopportunity for a driven and resultsoriented sales professionalwith a strong background in SaaS product sales andtelesales.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Lead Nurturing & SalesEngagement: Engage with qualified leads handed overby the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to understand theirneeds and pain points provide tailored solutions and guide themthrough the sales funnel.
  • Product Demonstrations:Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations topotential clients showcasing the value and benefits of ourobservability tool.
  • Sales CycleManagement: Manage the entire sales cycle frominitial contact to contract negotiation and closure ensuring aseamless and positive customer experience.
  • Relationship Building: Buildand maintain strong relationships with prospects and customersacting as a trusted advisor and primary point ofcontact.
  • TargetAchievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly andquarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Insights &Feedback: Provide feedback to the product andmarketing teams based on customer interactions to help refine ourofferings and gotomarket strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closelywith SDRs marketing teams and customer success teams to optimizelead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similarAccount Executive or inside sales role preferably within the SaaSindustry.
  • Proven track record of successfullyconducting product demos and closing deals in a telesales or remotesales environment.
  • Strong understanding ofSaaSbased product sales and the technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with theability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engagingmanner.
  • Strong client relationship managementand negotiation skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independentlyin a remote environment.
  • Experience workingwith CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales enablementtechnologies.
  • Familiarity with the US marketand cultural nuances is a plus.
