Role:Performthe role of Solutions Architect / Tech Delivery Manager for alongterm delaPlex client project. This leadership role demands anonsite presence in Cincinnati Ohio and entails overseeing the fulllifecycle of a Warehouse Execution System powered by Azure SaaS andother onpremisestechnologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Managea diverse team of over 100 fulltime employees overseeing thecomplete SDLC including sprint quality assurance and performanceteams reporting directly to the ProductManager.
  • Spearhead the development landscape onthe Java platform emphasizing the creation of microservicesAPIbased functionalities and UIs for mobile and portalapplications.
  • Collaborate closely withoperational managers HR recruitment and finance teams to ensureadequate resource allocation and budgetmanagement.
  • Introduce and implementindustryleading SDLC practices fostering a culture of excellencewithin the team. This includes managing fully managed releasecycles within an Azure cloud environment.
  • Asthe lead consultant encourage highperformance teams and cultivate aculture of positive engagement growth and professionaldevelopment.
  • Develop multiyear strategic plansand oversee team operations across multiplelocations.
