Overview:The ProjectManager (PM) Tech Ecommerce plays a crucial role in overseeing andmanaging the technical aspects of ecommerce projects within theorganization. This role is essential for ensuring the successfulplanning execution and delivery of ecommerce initiatives whileeffectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams andstakeholders.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead the planningand implementation of ecommerce projects with a focus on technicalrequirements.
  • Coordinate and managecrossfunctional project teams including developers designers andanalysts.
  • Oversee the development andimplementation of ecommerce software solutions and technicalintegrations.
  • Ensure that projects aredelivered on time within scope and withinbudget.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risksand issues throughout the projectlifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders todefine project objectives requirements anddeliverables.
  • Monitor and report on projectprogress ensuring adherence to technical specifications andstandards.
  • Facilitate effective communicationand foster a collaborative environment within the projectteam.
  • Manage resources budgets and timelinesfor ecommerce technical projects.
  • Conductpostproject evaluations and identify opportunities for processimprovement.
  • Stay updated on industry trendsand best practices in ecommerce technology and projectmanagement.
  • Support the integration ofecommerce platforms with other business systems andtechnologies.
  • Drive the adoption of agilemethodologies and technical best practices within the ecommerceteam.
  • Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and standards related to ecommerce technicalimplementations.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology Business or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience as a project managerin the ecommerce or tech industry.
  • Demonstratedexpertise in ecommerce platforms including technical capabilitiesand limitations.
  • Proficiency in projectmanagement tools such as Jira Asana orTrello.
  • Strong understanding of web developmentsoftware engineering and technicalarchitecture.
  • Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills.
  • Ability to effectivelycommunicate complex technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering ecommerce projects on time and withinbudget.
  • Experience in agile methodologies anditerative project managementapproaches.
  • Ability to analyze technicalrequirements identify dependencies and prioritizetasks.
  • Solid problemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.
  • Strategic planning andorganizational skills with a focus on driving innovation andefficiency.
  • Knowledge of data security privacyand compliance considerations in ecommerceenvironments.
  • Proficiency in resourceallocation budget management and risk assessment for technicalprojects.
