Network Deployment Engineer:

Specificdeliverables:

Implement andDeploy endtoend lab testbed based on providedrequirements

Verify/troubleshoot connectivity and device health of networkdevices.

Build maintainand/or reconfigure lab equipment to support the requirements forthe lab teams

Develop TestAutomation scripts troubleshoot network protocols testbeds andexecuting test campaigns

Configure IPv4/IPv6/Ethernet networking of various elements thatare parts of E2E testbeds such as mobile devices switches routerswireless/cellular equipment servers including ports firewall ACLNAT rule configuration

Configure linuxbased systems such as servers compute databasesystems that are part of E2E testbeds and to internetwork the E2Elab test beds with enterprise systems production systems andinternet access

Develop testscripts to extract networking related metrics from devicesprotocols database tables via for example API query/calls WebSocketinterfaces and Android/adb

Assist in maintaining additional lab infrastructure such as computeand storage systems monitoring systems testequipment

Synthesize andcompare test results from test campaigns and prepare output reportsin presentable format

RecommendedQualifications:

Subjectmatter expertise in IP Networking/Routing & Switching (TCP/IPIPv4/v6 BGP ISIS OSPF and/or MPLS): network certifications such asCCNA/CCNP JNCIA/JNCIS RHCSA or equivalentexperience.

Experience with100G/ 400G Ethernet and CWDM DWDM and optical transport networktechnologies.

Experienceconfiguring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols(BGP ISIS MPLS RSVPTE VRRP).

Analyzing tactical situations troubleshooting root causing systemsand tools and problem solving via tasks or larger cross functionalprojects.

Experience withfieldbased work in Data Centers Colocation Facilities InternetExchanges or Central Offices with working knowledge of physicalnetwork infrastructure design power and cooling includingstructured cabling and fiberoptic cabling.

Experience working in a multivendor environmentwith handson experience with networkinghardware.

Bachelors degreein Computer Science Computer Engineering relevant technical fieldor equivalent practical experience.

Work experience in designing deploying andoperating largescale networks.

Experience in deploying configuring andtroubleshooting routing and switching protocols (BGP ISIS MPLSRSVPTE VRRP) and Optical Transport Networks(OTN).

Familiarity with theLinux based systems and experience with scripting and automation(Bash Python Perl)
