Responsibilities:
1.Core Responsibilities:
  • Quote toCash Process : Prepare Quotes Update internal system for salesorders and facilitate invoicing.
  • Followup Paymentswith timelyreminders.
  • Understandclients needs and curate post salesexperience.
  • Knowledgeof Zoho CRM will be an addedadvantage.
  • Coordinatewith the Sales Team to update reports on timelybasis.
  • Execute postsales process optimization for large revenue clients throughperiodic cadencemeetings.
2.Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Liaisingwith the legal team and CXO suite to execute criticalagreements.
  • Coordinatewith other departments to ensure alignment of sales activities withoverall companyobjectives.
  • Maintainsales records and createreports.
