By harnessing the power of natural processesspecifically through accelerated rock weathering we remove CO fromthe atmosphere and pave the way for a greener more resilientfuture. We are a for profit organization and are backed by some ofIndias most renowned founders and investors. Our efforts havealready led to removal of 1003 kgs of CO from the atmosphere and weaim to remove 5 million tons of CO by 2030. We aim to scale upenhanced rock weathering (ERW) within South Asia while mobilizingclimate finance and creating cobenefits for atrisk communities andecosystems. Aboutthe Role:We arelooking for a driven and enthusiastic Founders Office Associate tosupport in executing various highimpact initiatives. Your role willinvolve assisting in program management fundraising publicrelations and communications efforts. This position offers a uniquechance to gain practical experience while contributing to keystrategic decisions in a fastpaced missionorientedorganization.
WhatYou ll BeDoing:
  • Manage projecttimelines track deliverables and ensure milestones aremet
  • Support fundraising efforts by assistingwith outreach preparation of materials and relationship managementwith potential investors
  • Oversee externalcommunications including managing PR activities and stakeholderengagement
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with stakeholders across variousfunctions
  • Assist in the development andimplementation of strategic plans for company growth andsustainability goals
  • Proactively solve problemsand ensure the smooth operation of crossfunctionalprojects

WhoYou Are:
  • Bachelor sdegree with 12 years of experience preferably in earlystagestartups
  • Passionate about climate action andsustainability
  • Exceptional project managementand organizational abilities
  • Strongcommunication skills both written andverbal
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks andprioritizing in a dynamic fastpacedenvironment
  • Experience in fundraising publicrelations or external communications is anadvantage
  • Comfortable working in acollaborative teambased environment
  • Proactiveproblemsolver with great attention todetail
