About the Role: Founder’s Office – Strategy & Growth

As a Founder’s Office Associate , you’ll work directly with the founders to execute critical business initiatives, solve key challenges, and scale Pathbeat’s vision. This high-impact role combines strategy, business development, and execution, providing a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference in an early-stage startup.

This is not a traditional role—it’s a front-row seat to the journey of building a company. You'll get exposure across multiple functions while being deeply involved in decisions that shape the future of Pathbeat. A perfect place to experience and learn company building ground up.


What You’ll Do

Strategic Partnerships

  1. Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the travel ecosystem (hotels, tour operators, heritage sites, etc.).
  2. Drive collaboration opportunities with state tourism boards and cultural institutions to position Pathbeat as a leader in immersive travel tech.

Business Growth & Market Research

  1. Analyse market trends and identify high-growth opportunities for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
  2. Target hyperlocal communities (e.g., WhatsApp and Facebook groups) to amplify Pathbeat’s presence and engagement.

Brand Activations & Campaigns

  1. Plan and execute both digital and on-ground campaigns to drive user engagement and build awareness of Pathbeat’s offerings.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deploy marketing materials across multiple channels.

Founder Enablement

  1. Assist founders in project management, tracking KPIs, and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed seamlessly.
  2. Work on investor decks, presentations, and key reports to support decision-making.

Experimentation & Execution

  1. Pilot creative growth strategies and test new approaches for product distribution, partnerships, and user acquisition.
  2. Roll up your sleeves and execute at both strategic and tactical levels.
