Job Summary:

The Manager - Quick Commerce will be responsible for overseeing the company's entry and growth in quick commerce platforms, including hyperlocal delivery apps and grocery-focused e-commerce channels. This role involves strategic planning, partner relationship management, sales optimization, and ensuring brand visibility on these platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of quick commerce dynamics, is highly data-driven, and possesses a keen interest in scaling sales within a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for quick commerce channels.
  • Identify high-growth opportunities for kitchen appliance categories on quick commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and adapt strategies accordingly.
Channel Management:
  • Build and nurture partnerships with key quick commerce platforms (e.g., Swiggy Instamart,Zepto, Dunzo, Blinkit).
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotional support to optimize placement and visibility.
  • Manage the end-to-end operations of products listed on quick commerce channels, ensuring accuracy in product listing, pricing, and inventory management.
Sales Optimization:
  • Drive monthly sales targets and continually track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to optimize product visibility and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and strategies to maximize revenue on quick commerce platforms.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
  • Work with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery to quick commerce partners.
  • Monitor stock availability and forecast demand to avoid stockouts and lost sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and industry trends to optimize assortment and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, growth metrics, and channel performance for senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness on quick commerce platforms.
  • Liaise with product and R&D teams to ensure the relevance of product features, packaging, and pricing for quick commerce channels.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or quick commerce roles, preferably within the consumer goods or kitchen appliance industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of quick commerce business models and hyperlocal delivery dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
