Abhyaz Internships isseeking a detailoriented and proactive individual to join our teamas a Project Management Executive Intern. The ideal candidate willhave strong organizational and analytical skills with a passion formanaging projects effectively. This internship provides handsonexperience in project management and coordination.
Responsibilities:
Core FunctionalResponsibilities:
Analyze and develop procedures for management andtechnical duties to ensure project success.
Maintainproject timeframes budgets and status reports to monitorprogress.
Organize project teams according to their potential andassign tasks accordingly.
Arrange equipment and resources for projects such assoftware and computers.
Coordinate teams and resolve technical problems thatmay arise during project implementation.
Research andevaluate existing hardware and software to inform projectdecisions.
Create detailed work plans that sequence projectactivities and milestones.
Perform risk assessments to develop response strategiesand mitigate potential issues.
Manage resources and plan projects according tocapacity and resource availability.
Implement andmaintain development practices to ensure accurate projectdocumentation.
Conduct risk management activities to minimize projectdisruptions.
Understand and adhere to the organizations policies andprocedures.
Create and manage comprehensive project documentationto ensure clarity and accountability.
Ensure theavailability and allocation of resources necessary for projectsuccess.
Clearly assignroles and responsibilities to staff members to optimize projectefficiency.
Measure project performance using appropriate systemstools and techniques.
Develop project scopes and objectives in alignment withorganizational goals.
Abhyaz Internships are a 416 weekremote opportunity designed to develop your professional acumenwhile you work on critical real time projects.Youare expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week.Ourteam of mentors and industry professionals guide you through everystep of the project for you to gain valuable hands onexposure. We publish yourwork results in your online portfolio allowing you to strengthenyour professional resume and social media profiles while showcasingyour work to best position your talents for futureopportunities.The outcomes will be bytesized projects that willhave to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed andgraded by peers and your supervisors. Interns who excel in theirproject may be offered a fulltime job with thecompany.

Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Project Management BusinessAdministration or a related field.
Strong organizational and analyticalskills.
Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy andefficiency.
Proficiency inproject management software and tools.
Previous experience in project management is a plus butnot required.
