Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver international projects with strict adherence to budget and timelines. The successful candidate will take charge of managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Initiation: Develop a comprehensive business case, clearly defining project objectives and outcomes, aligned with client requirements.
- Project Planning: Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates, ensuring strict adherence to project budgets.
- Project Execution: Lead day-to-day project activities, ensuring on-time delivery of all project phases within the defined scope and budget.
- Project Monitoring: Continuously track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and ensuring that all project outputs meet established quality benchmarks.
- Project Deployment and Closure: Lead the deployment phase, ensuring seamless go-live activities, and oversee the critical period after go-live to ensure any issues are quickly addressed and resolved.
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a track record of managing international projects, particularly in adhering to strict timelines and budgets. Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or PMIS tools, and experience with software development, system integrations, and data migration processes is essential.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and international teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on time and within budget. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions effectively.
