About therole

In this role you willadvise a diverse range of clients within the social sectorincluding CSR teams foundations and other funding organizations.The role requires acumen to analyze complex problems manage diversestakeholders and deliver solutions that drive meaningful change.You will get an opportunity to work on challenging projects andidentify valuecreation opportunities through social developmentinitiatives helping our clients translate strategic objectives intoactionable solutions.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Own the consulting engagement end to end from presales torequirement gathering to solution design andimplementation.
  • Drive extensiveresearch to help with solution design. Research could includelandscaping studies primary surveys executive interviews literaturesurveys and more.
  • Apply appropriateframeworks and methodologies to assess the problem statement andrecommend relevant solutions.
  • Leadengagement delivery including project planning day to daymanagement engagement with key stakeholders and executivepresentations.
  • Contribute toongoing development of thought leadership content through creationof reports articles podcasts etc.
  • Track trends and opportunities in the social developmentlandscape in India and globally on an ongoing basis and be anactive contributor to identify future growth opportunities for GiveGrants.
  • Over time develop depth ofknowledge and expertise within specific subverticals of thedevelopment landscape
  • Activelycontribute to presales efforts by engaging with potential clientsdeveloping high quality collateral and building proposals andpitches.

Requirements

  • 7 years of overall experience with at least 4years of consulting experience within well recognized firms.Experience in strategy consulting operations consulting and programmanagement is relevant. Experience in the social sector as well asin the larger business sector are both equallyrelevant.
  • Demonstrated history ofcareer growth with past employers with exposure to multiple sectorswithin or outside the development space
  • Prior experience in development consulting (healtheducation livelihoods climate action government engagement etc)would be preferred but is not essential
  • Top tier storytelling and presentation skills backed bystrong verbal and written communication
  • Strong data analysis capabilities including highproficiency in excel / google sheets comfort with datavisualization tools (powerBI / data studio) and familiarity withsimple statistical analysis
  • Strongresearch and analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative andqualitative research methods
  • Stronginterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage andinfluence stakeholders at all levels both internally andexternally
  • Proven ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment anddeliver within tight timelines with a strong commitment to ethicalpractices social justice and advancing positive socialoutcomes.
  • Willingness to work in astartup environment and the dynamic nature of a 0to1journey
