Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dedicated Export Manager with expertise in international business development, particularly within the solar PV industry. The Export Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence globally, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic export initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive export strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's international footprint in the solar PV industry.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential export markets, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and risk assessments to inform market entry decisions.
  3. Establish and nurture relationships with international distributors, agents, and strategic partners to facilitate market penetration and sales expansion.
  4. Lead negotiations and finalize contractual agreements with overseas clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of export transactions and timely delivery of products/services to customers.
  6. Manage the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, shipping logistics, customs clearance, and payment collections, in accordance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in target markets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  8. Prepare and present regular reports on export performance, sales forecasts, market trends, and business development activities to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  9. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the solar PV sector, leveraging market intelligence to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 2-4 years of experience in export management, international business development, or sales roles, preferably within the solar PV industry or renewable energy sector.
  3. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing export strategies, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in international markets.
  4. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and Incoterms, with experience in navigating customs procedures and trade compliance issues.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.
  6. Proficiency in foreign languages and familiarity with international business practices and cultural norms are desirable but not essential.
  7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new business opportunities.
