JobDescription:
Weare currently seeking a dedicated Export Manager with expertise ininternational business development particularly within the solar PVindustry. The Export Manager will play a pivotal role in expandingour market presence globally developing new business opportunitiesand driving revenue growth through strategic exportinitiatives.
KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Developand execute comprehensive export strategies to penetrate newmarkets and expand the companys international footprint in thesolar PV industry.
  2. Identify and evaluatepotential export markets conducting market research competitoranalysis and risk assessments to inform market entrydecisions.
  3. Establish and nurture relationshipswith international distributors agents and strategic partners tofacilitate market penetration and salesexpansion.
  4. Lead negotiations and finalizecontractual agreements with overseas clients ensuring compliancewith regulatory requirements and contractualobligations.
  5. Coordinate with internal teamsincluding sales marketing logistics and finance to ensure seamlessexecution of export transactions and timely delivery ofproducts/services to customers.
  6. Manage theendtoend export process including order processing documentationshipping logistics customs clearance and payment collections inaccordance with international trade regulations and companypolicies.
  7. Monitor and analyze market trendscustomer preferences and competitive dynamics in target marketsproviding strategic insights and recommendations to seniormanagement.
  8. Prepare and present regular reportson export performance sales forecasts market trends and businessdevelopment activities to stakeholders highlighting achievementschallenges and opportunities for growth.
  9. Stayabreast of industry developments regulatory changes and emergingtechnologies in the solar PV sector leveraging market intelligenceto identify potential opportunities and mitigaterisks.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelorsdegree in International Business Marketing Engineering or a relatedfield.
  2. 24 years of experience in exportmanagement international business development or sales rolespreferably within the solar PV industry or renewable energysector.
  3. Proven track record of success indeveloping and implementing export strategies generating newbusiness opportunities and achieving sales targets in internationalmarkets.
  4. Strong understanding of internationaltrade regulations export documentation requirements and Incotermswith experience in navigating customs procedures and tradecompliance issues.
  5. Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders acrossdifferent cultures and geographies.
  6. Proficiencyin foreign languages and familiarity with international businesspractices and cultural norms are desirable but notessential.
  7. Ability to work independentlyprioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
  8. Willingnessto travel internationally as needed to meet with clients attendtrade shows and explore new businessopportunities.
