  • Client Companys Global DataInsights & Analytics Tech (GDI&ATech) department craftsinnovative services to prepare smart vehicles for a smart world.
  • And here in the datascience division we apply user experience principles to ensure ourmethods serve our end users.
  • Our Lead Product Designers oversee a portfolio ofproduct teams identifying patterns and use cases across theportfolio to better serve their end users.
  • They apply a design thinking mindset userresearch skills and business strategy to align teams around ahumancentric roadmap. They collaborate closely with product ownersproduct managers and fellow designers across their portfolio.
Skills Required:
  • Facilitate and lead design thinking sessions/workshopswith various technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Provide mentoring to fellowdesigners and team members on design best practices. Evangelize UXacross your portfolio of products be a strong voice for HumanCentered design.
  • Balance user needs business objectives and technicalfeasibility to solve problem effectively.
  • Conduct generative user research such ascontextual inquiry ethnography field research user interviews andusability testing.
  • Transform user research into assets such as affinitywalls journey maps empathy maps story boards personas etc.
  • Justify yourresearch strategy and insights to stakeholders (un)familiar withthe UX discipline Work collaboratively with product owners productmanagers and fellow designers Contribute to the design ecosystem atclient by collaborating on our Design Playbook and client DesignSystem (InvisionApp DSM) Review quality of solution throughout theproduct development process. Measure and analyze product/ideagrowth and success through metrics setting and iterative review.
Skills Preferred:
  • Empathy:curious about how other people work live and think you will enjoymeeting the users of our products and stakeholders. Thinking:having ability to see things holistically to suggest/design thebest suitable solution and bring clarity out of an ambiguousenvironment.
Experience Required:
  • 5 years of experience in the UX Interactionand Visual Design
  • 2years of experience in user research
  • 2 years of experience in facilitating designthinking and ideation workshops
EducationRequired:
  • Bachelors
