About the Role

We are looking for a talented product designer to help us transform how organisations find, buy, and manage software. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on a core product experience, owning design throughout the product development lifecycle from ideation and conceptualization all the way through interaction and visual design.

We are especially looking for designers with a customer-centric mindset and proven skills in information architecture and systems thinking. Day-to-day, you’ll be leveraging best practices in product design to empower the team and deliver business value, including design sprints, rapid prototyping, collaborating on research, defining design specifications, participating in design reviews, contributing to our design system, and designing effective, efficient, and beautiful solutions to challenging problems.


Responsibilities

1. Own all aspects of product design and user experience strategy/ lifecycle from end to end.

2. Work directly with PMs and engineers to define product specs and turn them into high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that deliver a delightful user experience. 3. Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

4. Take on ownership and steer the direction of evolving our existing internal design system.

5. Plan, organise and conduct interaction & interface design user testing. 6. Drive user research and deliver research outcomes to the product teams and the management.


Knowledge & Skills

1. 5+ years of experience in Product and experience design.

2. Experience in B2B+SaaS (preferred)

3. Expert knowledge of the end to end product design process, demonstrating a command of product strategy, distilling the jobs to be done for a given user, journey mapping, wireframing and prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity visuals

4. The ability to craft beautiful designs and delightful, useful, and usable experiences; you have strengths in visual design, interaction, and product design

5. Experience using Figma to deliver mockups that can be shared with customers and converted into high-fidelity prototypes.

6. Experience partnering with stakeholders to develop strategy and reasoning behind design features.

7. You’re comfortable and passionate about working in a startup environment that will give you the opportunity to have more ownership over your work.

8. You can collaborate effectively with a small (but mighty) internal team of passionate individuals from various backgrounds.
