Are you our new Senior Graphic Designer?


We offer

As our new Senior Graphic Designer, you should be highly skilled in designing and delivering appropriate Learning solutions. He/she will be responsible for the development of graphics and animations for online learning requirements. You should be creative with strong 2D/3D and After-effects skills to join our Digital Content team.


Key responsibilities

• Design and develop entry-level and advanced level courseware and instructional material for on-demand training

• Develop new online courses and technical exams/assessments using graphic design, branding, image editing, document formatting, animation, video, audio, e-learning authoring, web, and portal skills and tools

• In-depth knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, adult learning, and training solutions

• Produce interactive experiences for eLearning or product demos

• Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS / Learning Content Management System (LCMS) / Learning Experience Platform (LXP)

• Create graphic guidelines to build consistency and faster deliverables

• Review and test new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement; contributes to new curriculum or program ideas

• Strong commitment to ensuring quality and efficiency.


We are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with adequate knowledge of graphic design, styles, and latest layout techniques. Strong understanding of visual design to simplify complex concepts or represent textual information into engaging learning materials is required for the job.

We anticipate that you have an appropriate level of hands-on experience and the following qualifications:


• Design degree/Diploma in Web Designing or Multimedia preferred

• 9+ years of experience in eLearning industry with focus on creating WBTs, ILTs and Scenario-based courses

• Experience in creating eLearning projects from conception to production, working on rapid authoring tools is mandatory

• Expertise in multimedia authoring tools like Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, 3D Max/Maya, Articulate Storyline/RISE, video, and sound editing tools

• Hands-on experience using Articulate Rise and Storyline

Strong understanding of animation, character design, and storyboarding

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of spatial awareness and perspective

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Creativity and a passion for staying on top of trends in the field


Preferred skills

• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, Java query, Bootstrap and MS Office tools

• UI/UX design is appreciated
