Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Business Development Executive for our Kolkata location. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, negotiating deals, and effectively communicating with clients to expand our client base.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales with the ability to identify potential markets and target clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent negotiation skills to create win-win scenarios for both customers and the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and solutions effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish and nurture productive partnerships.
  • Strategic planning abilities to set and achieve business development goals.
  • Proficient in lead generation to create a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Ability to manage customer acquisition through targeted strategies and outreach.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify new market opportunities by conducting in-depth market analysis.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Engage in negotiations and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to reach prospective clients through various channels.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Mentor and assist junior sales team members when required.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales and negotiation skills through ongoing training.
