Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata on a full-time basis. The candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth by building extraordinary relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. Our ideal candidate is motivated, possesses strategic prowess, and is eager to drive business success.


  • Qualifications and SkillsMinimum of 1 year to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, able to develop and execute effective plans (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas clearly (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in market research to identify and analyze market trends and opportunities.
  • Solid experience in financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and initiatives.
  • Effective project management skills for coordinating and overseeing projects to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle business challenges and devise innovative solutions.
  • Ability to make informed decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
