About Nutanix Real Estate and Workplace – A cohesive organization delivering exceptional work environments that foster productivity and great employee experience. 

You will lead the India Region Workplace portfolio overseeing corporate office space. The position will be based in Bangalore and manage team responsible for day-to-day operations of Nutanix’s offices in India and requires travel to regional sites.

 As a member, candidate would partner with stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service, so employees feel secure in work environments that enable them to do their best work .

Lead and mentor team be comfortable operating on strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as an internal ambassador, solutions provider, and implementer of workplace programs

Your Role

 Successful candidate must operate as a true partner to functional groups in region. The right candidate will be enthusiastic about hospitality, wanting to help develop a nurturing, positive workplace environment and experience for this fast-growing optimal candidate should be approachable & experienced professional with good communications & not being afraid to dive into details, implementing & managing several scalable programs across sites. Candidate should also be a smart client or buyer – fostering transparent Internal /external relationships with service providers, balancing frugality with creativity.

What You Will Bring

Ensures regional sites are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures, realignment of such S&P as business & customer needs evolve. Ensuring facilities are operated in a cost-effective manner while providing a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.  Establishes and maintains open, positive relationships with team and customers (Nutanix employees). Tracking Tenant vs. Landlord obligation, Develops, cultivates, and owns key relationships with Landlords, Property Management companies and third-party service providers and vendors.  Ensures, operations and configurations are managed successfully with outstanding customer service. Responsible for managing key areas of operation includes FM services, space management, cafe, F&B programs, providing employee welfare services, including fleet management and logistics support Collaborate with cross-functional partners, Safety/Emergency preparedness and BCP. Ensures regulatory and compliance systems and processes are implemented.  Annual budget development and reporting, operations analysis. PO process and AP submissions. Drive KPI & SLI’s for site installs & services. Oversees audits, conduct risk assessments & proactively manages critical site infrastructure maintenance programs.   Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree: Engineering, Business Administration or Real Estate Management with minimum of 12+ years professional experience required - a significant portion of which should demonstrate success in facilities management /operations in MNC company environments. Proficiency in enterprise platforms. Accreditations from RICS, Corenet, IFMA.
