**ROLE OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for a “**Workplace Strategist**” who will extract/ develop workplace-logic sequences for identified workplace performance criteria belong to the following scenarios
- Business/ Organisation specific work style and culture.
- Spatial allocations for identified work spaces, and work modes/ work-profiles
- Spatial typologies and their associations to respective work modes/ styles/ cultures
- Develop data templates for ail aforementioned aspects and drive influential decisions by creating and maintaining saltmine platform to review operational efficiencies and drive decision quality throughout our business and other partners

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Outline machine readable design information from project samples, standards and guidelines to generate machine readable information
- lngest curated machine-readable data sets in order to configure customer Workplace Strategy back office on Saltmine platform; to generate validated Spatial and Design outcomes for each typology of work-space / Customer design intent
- Generate logical design requirements, and spatial performance requirements for identified customer setups on Saltmine platform
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of given project demo and implementation
- Manage and Maintain client data portfolio and updates
- Collaborate with the CS, PM, and Design Team to review and evaluate project scope
- Run self-QC for all implementation assignments and validate the accuracy of the standards and guidelines information being collected
- Writing and migrating scripts for implementing processing

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Diploma in Architecture with 2+ corporate years experience in operations, facility planning, Workplace & Design. Should be ready to learn and take up the non-traditional design delivery approach.
- With an expedition to be an out-runner and innovator
- Should be self-motivated, able to manage a team as well as drive them towards excellence.
- Experience in a startup environment
- Strong digital product knowledge and ability to perform detailed requirement gathering/management work mostly independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately in business and technical situations at all levels
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Excel/ Spreadsheet, Slides & Doc)
- Experience with analytical tools like; Saltmine, AutoCAD, etc. is a plus
