Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant

Overview:

The Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and transform them into effective CRM solutions that enhance organizational efficiencies and improve customer relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business processes and requirements to identify how Dynamics 365 CRM can be best utilized to meet business needs.
  • Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM system including entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of CRM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with other team members including developers and analysts to integrate CRM with other systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system, resolving any technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Document CRM configurations and changes to assist in future system upgrades or troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM features and updates to leverage new tools and functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM workflows, configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a team environment and interacting with business stakeholders.

Required Certifications:

  • MB-210: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
  • MB-220: Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant
  • MB-230: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant
  • PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in migrating data from external systems into Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript or C# for CRM customization.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and API management.
