Job Requirement: Immediate

  • Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
  • Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
  • Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting outlook and email problems
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Working knowledge in trouble shooting O365 / G-Suite
  • Setting up meeting rooms for Video conferencing
  • Installation and troubleshooting of End point security.
  • Responding to client support requests.
  • Good communication skills in English
