We areseeking a highly motivated QAD support Manager to join our GlobalIT team on a fulltime basis:
MajorResponsibilities
- GlobalSupport Operations: Oversee daytoday support operations ensuringthat the team adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) forincident response and resolution. Establish and continuouslyimprove support processes to ensure highquality servicedelivery.
- Incident Management and Resolution:Coordinate with internal IT teams external vendors and QADtechnical support to resolve complex issues and minimize systemdowntime. Ensure root cause analysis is conducted for recurringissues and implement preventativemeasures.
- User Training and Documentation:Develop and implement training programs to educate endusers on theeffective use of the QAD system. (as a part of the QAD connect).Ensure the availability of support materials such as user guidesFAQs and training manuals. Lead initiatives to improve useradoption and reduce the number of recurring supportrequests.
- Continuous Improvement: Leadinitiatives to improve system performance user satisfaction andsupport efficiency. Drive process improvements to reduce systemdowntime increase support responsiveness and minimize the impact oftechnical issues on business operations. Regularly review andrefine the incident management process to ensure optimalperformance.
- Manage the local support team tosuccess: Lead performance reviews set team goals and develop plansfor continuous improvement in support delivery. Ensure adequatestaffing coverage and knowledge transfer within the support team tocover all time zones.
- Manage various projectsrelated to QAD implementation andsupport.

Academic/ProfessionalEducation
