Mediagarh is a digital marketing agency in India that caters specially to education institutions like colleges, coaching institutes and schools.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Team Leadership and Management: Coordinating a team of Executives , managing Calling, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
- Client Acquisition: Lead from the front in engaging with potential clients through meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition to onboard new clients while maintaining and enriching relationships with existing clients.
- Proposal Development: Craft tailored sales proposals that meet the specific needs of clients, showcasing the unique value our solutions provide.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with the business strategy.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of outbound calling and good communication skills
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
