You will be responsible for :

  • Team Leadership and Management: Coordinating a team of Executives , managing Calling, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
  • Client Acquisition: Lead from the front in engaging with potential clients through meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition to onboard new clients while maintaining and enriching relationships with existing clients.
  • Proposal Development: Craft tailored sales proposals that meet the specific needs of clients, showcasing the unique value our solutions provide.

The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Account Management or B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge of outbound calling and good communication skills
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
