We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Lead Manager, Source to Pay to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office Accounts Payable team. This role is located in Pune, MH on a Hybrid mode.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process reengineering and transformation and will assume complete ownership of the program.
- Responsible for Dynamic discounting and other payment method initiatives and enhancements of existing rebates driven programs.
- Provide design support, end-to-end Implementation, Post-production and Support projects for the client.
- Ensure disputes are resolved with supplier/Line of business on a timely basis as agreed with the client
- Identify and execute automation opportunities to streamline the process and gain process efficiency.
- Deliver on defined targets and drive process improvements, focused on improving quality, speed, controls and value to the customer.
- Work in partnership with SMEs to drive continuous improvement initiatives like – Avoiding duplicate payment, improve paid on time, Improve cycle time.
Additional Requirements
- Critical Thinking & Leadership Qualities
- Data driven strategies in support of payments methods optimization.
- Have detailed knowledge about Oracle and Ivalua Reports.
- Prominent skill with languages such as SQL Query, PL/SQL Programming and Shell Scripts
- Capable of managing senior stakeholders
- Should have good analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Largely driven by self-Initiative & self-drive
- Ability to perform in pressure situation
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Application or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Any supply chain management certification is an added advantage.
- Over 5+ Years of Expertise in Accounts Payable systems including Oracle & Ivalua
- Over 2 years’ experience in dynamic discounting, purchasing cards, virtual cards method of payments.
- Over 2 years’ experience in data driven accounts payable, payment methods strategies.
- Working experience on Design, end-to-end Implementation, Post-production, and Support projects for the client.
- Serving business requirements by building new solutions improving and enhancing the Oracle features
Prior experience of change management and process transformation in Source-To-Pay operations is mandatory. - Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
