About Client:

It is a subsidiary of a large conglomerate and is engaged in providing engineering solutions. Its services include product design, analysis, prototyping and testing and embedded solutions. They specialize in disruptive technology space such as 5G, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Factory.


Role & Responsibility:


- Accountability for ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of operations, solutions and projects within the business unit

- Ensure delivery of support at highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance to the support SLA

- Encourage and empower teams to provide sustainable solutions for customers

- Monitor, support performance and optimize support operations to deliver value

- Regular reviews of support relationship with all customers

- Ensure continued growth of institutional knowledge, support knowledge base, and support tools

- Engage with partners to expand and enhance delivery capabilities

- Continuous optimization and improvement of support operations

- Meeting Technical Services delivery demand with partners and internal skill-set

- Monitoring customer project progress and ensure maximizing customer satisfaction though

- Build knowledge bases and best practices across the board to ensure success of Technical Services delivery

- Build customer account intelligence to ensure delivery excellence



Desired Profile:


- Proven experience of hands-on managing delivery of an organization of 700+ FTE and or high business impact engagements of a similar size

- Proven experience in driving large-scale transformational initiatives, ideally initiatives in large enterprises impacting both organizational and technological components of an organization

Experience in delivering IT projects for customers in Medical Device industry

- Experience in building and leading geographically distributed delivery teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
