NPST is a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with its product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider. We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug – 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar’24) and became NPCI- an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment. NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do
We are seeking for a dynamic and motivated Individual with strong hands-on Project Delivery expertise to join our highly skilled project and technical team
You will be responsible for the quality of Web and Mobile application delivery and deployment. You will drive the complete Project Team and ensure a set process to meet defined SLA and KPIs.
Candidates should be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee. They thrive when planning projects and working/ coordinating with different teams. We are a growing organization with a large expansion plan. We are looking to fill the position which will only grow with time. We are looking for an experienced Head Delivery to manage clients and new products in BFSI domain. As a Project Delivery Head responsibilities include delivering project on time within budget and scope. Delivery Head should have a strong background in business relations, technical flow, management, budgeting and analysis.
Job responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business/project goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale test strategies and plans and associated communications documents/process.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimate the effort and Budget Required based on the scope and change in demand.
Good Experience in customer/stakeholder and project management.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and the milestones and deliverables.
Prepare and update progress reports, metrics dashboards.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Build and develop strong business relationships with partners and customers vital for the project's success and business continuity.
Knowledge of Banking domain. Payment's domain knowledge will be a plus.
Good experience in Team management, Communication Skills, interpersonal skills, Risk mitigations and Planning.
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments

Advanced knowledge of software architecture, design, web programming and implementation of software networks.

Ability to clearly present technical information to fellow technical professionals and non-technical peers.

Should be strong in Client Relationship management
Should have leadership qualities to guide and motivate team
Should have exceptional project management skills
Should possess basic technical knowledge around the architecture to discuss the same with client at a very high level
Should oversee all the parts of the project in terms of existing deliveries and upcoming requirements.
Education Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
Total Relevant Experience - 18 to 20 years
Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech
Work arrangement – 5 days working from office
Location – Bengaluru
