JobSummary:The CFO will beresponsible for managing the financial actions of the companyincluding tracking cash flow financial planning analyzing thecompanys financial strengths and weaknesses and proposingcorrective actions. The CFO will work closely with the CEO andother senior executives to develop and implement financialstrategies that support the companys growth andprofitability.KeyResponsibilities: Oversee allfinancial operations and direct corporate financial planning andstructure. Coordinate analyze and report thefinancial performance to Management and Board of Directors(financial performance projections and other special projects asrequired). Prepare short and longtermfinancial forecasts of financial performance for use with internalmanagement and external parties. Overseeaudit and tax functions coordinate activities with outside auditfirms and review firms performance. Developimplement and maintain accounting and administrative policies andprocedures for a wideranging set of activities including financialaccounting and reporting. Manage thecompanys financial planning budgeting and forecastingprocesses. Ensure compliance with allfinancial regulations and standards. Leadand manage the finance team providing guidance and support toensure high performance.Qualifications:Proven experience as CFO finance officer or relevant role andminimum 10 years experience. Indepthknowledge of corporate financial law and risk managementpractices. Excellent knowledge of dataanalysis and forecasting methods. Proficientin the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g.SAP). Strong leadership and organizationalskills. Excellent communication and peopleskills. An analytical mind comfortable withnumbers.Education:Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or related field(MBAFinance). CA academicqualification is must Benefits:GPA PF Performance Bonus
