Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management to optimize shareholder value.

Continuous communication with Group HO and Group CFO.Collaboration and lateral

negotiations with other functional heads

Lead theFinance&Accountsand Commercialteam in:
oBook-keeping and accounting,preparing timely and accurate financial reports,

includingperiodicand annual statements,

oSupport Group CFO in all statutory filings and matters related to a Publicly listed

company.

oCompliance with regulatory/ statutoryrequirements.

oInvoicing, cash flow management,

oEntire banking operations/ management/ Taxation

oSecretarial activities

oEnsuring timely internal/ external audits
- Evaluate and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure financial

integrity and mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization,

and process improvements across the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders,

auditors, and regulatory authorities, to support fundraising initiatives and ensure compliancewith legal and contractual obligations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate

challenges and opportunities that may impact thecompany's financial performance.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

- Proven track record of at least15years in progressiveandresponsible financial leadership

roles, inan EPC / Capital Equipment/ Project Industry withmanufacturing.People fromother domains need not apply
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial

data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Experience in a Public listed company and / or deemed Public Limited company and

conversant with all regulatory matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and

influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and

driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving change

to achieve business objectives.
- High ethical standards and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the company's values

and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and trust.
- Out and out team player
- Good communication and presentation skills

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
