Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, invoices, and payments
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation
  • Participate in financial and operational audits as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
  • Experience with bank reconciliation, tax, and VAT
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
